Your order may also experience delays once it is within the Australia Post network. You can refer to the Australia Post website and your tracking for the most up to date information. 

Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing unprecedented demand on their delivery networks and we kindly ask for your understanding and patience in receiving your item/s.

General Shipping Information

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Victorian public holidays).
  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders can take up to three business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a huge promotion taking place.
  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our facilities and in the delivery carriers network, the expected delivery date will be dependent pending their network capability.
  • Please note: To achieve the $130 Free Shipping threshold, gift cards are not included in the total as they are sent electronically.

Standard Shipping (Domestic)

  • Usually delivered within 3 - 10 business days after the order is shipped pending Aus Post network.
  • Orders are typically despatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order, Monday to Friday.
  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.

Express Shipping (Domestic)

  • Usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days after the order is shipped.
  • Orders are typically despatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order, Monday to Friday.
  • Express Shipping does not expedite the despatch times above. Orders will ship via Australia Post Express once despatched.
  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.

International Shipping

  • New Zealand orders generally arrive within 3 - 10 business days – International Standard is flat rate $9.95. International Express quote will be calculated upon checkout.
  • USA, UK and Canada - will arrive within 5 - 15 business Days - Quote will be calculated upon checkout.
  • All Other International - will arrive within 1 - 3 weeks - Quote will be calculated upon checkout.
  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.
  • ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

Pre-Order Shipping Information

  • *All Pre-Orders will not be despatched until the date specified on the relevant product page.
  • *The despatch date is an estimate only and is subject to change.
  • *Selecting Express Shipping during checkout does not expedite or bring forward the despatch date, it only affects the postage service used once the item is ready to be despatched.

Made To Order Items

  • Made To Order items (including personalised jerseys and other selected items) are generally shipped in 15 business days, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.
  • Made To Order items are processed Monday - Friday (excluding Queensland public holidays).
  • Express Shipping does not expedite the production process.
  • Easy Returns

    New Returns Processing Time

    Returned items may take up to 7 days from arrival for our team to process.  

    Easy Exchanges & Returns

    We offer an easy exchange process for those moments when the size isn't quite right, or you simply change your mind.

    In order to accept your returned items, they must be:

    1. unworn (except to try on), unused, in brand new condition with the original tags/swing tags still attached
    2. in the original packaging (the plastic bag or other outer packaging)

    To return or exchange your items:

    1. Complete your returns form and send the item back using the instructions on the form. Please also email a copy of this returns form to our customer service team at shop@bullets.com.au
    2. Ensure the item is still in brand new, re-saleable condition, with all packaging intact, and in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
    3. Once received, we will endeavour to process your exchange, or return within 5 business days.
    4. We will contact you with further details regarding your exchange, return, or refund.
    5. All exchanges are shipped back to you FREE of charge.

    Please be sure to check that the size you're requesting is still available on our website. If the requested size is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

    We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you change your mind on any on online purchase, you must post it back to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt for domestic customers. For international returns you will need to post the item/s back to our warehouse in Australia within 30 days of receipt.

    Socks, underwear and infant/toddler items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons.

    If the return, in our reasonable opinion, is not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will contact you to ship the Product back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.

    Personalised and Made To Order Items

    All made to order items including personalised jerseys and other selected items are not eligible for Returns/Exchanges or Cancellations.

    Faulty Product Returns

    Please contact us regarding Faulty Product Returns as we offer free prepaid shipping back to us. We cannot refund shipping costs paid by you if you send back your Faulty item without contacting us first.

    We aim to provide you with Products of the highest standard and quality.If you have further queries please do not hesitate to contact us here.

    Once determined the return is in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will, at your request,

    • refund the Price of the Product returned to your original payment method;
    • exchange the Product for another size.

    If the return, in our reasonable opinion, is not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will contact you to ship the Product back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.

    Purchases Made In Person:

    Please note that for purchases made in person in Arena that require returns/exchanges, this must be done at the Arena.

    Please note:

    We are currently unavailable to offer an exchange on a product that has been purchased using afterpay. In the instance you would need to return an item to us you will only have the option for a refund.
